"This five star review is soley off of the care, patience, kindness, and professionalism of Brianna with the impounding department. She was transparent, kind, and gentle with me through my severely life-threatening experience of my car being totaled. She was compassionate and gave me ample information to help me through getting my car from the pound and telling me everything I should know, this being my first car accident. She has single-handedly made this process for me a bit lighter and I appreciate Brianna more than she understands. She deserves a raise of some sort and I hope she can train the next people behind her because I am confident that Richmond Towing will have multiple Incredible employees if she leads them. "I have never dealt with a towing company that was so respectful, kind, and helpful. From the driver, to the dispatch over the phone to the front desk. Absolute professionals. My car caught fire on the cross island this past Friday and it's completely damaged. "Pothole screwed up my tire and spring. Other towing places said 2+ hour wait. I called Richmond Towing and Trisha answered, super helpful and understanding, got the truck there ASAP within 30 minutes so I could get home since it was almost 3am. This towing company will be my go-to from now on due to their superb customer service and response time. Would definitely recommend!"

"I can't say enough how wonderful Richmond Towing is. My father's car was rear-ended so bad, it's basically trash and it was brought to Richmond Towing's yard after the accident. Unfortunately, the offender's insurance is dragging their feet on inspecting the damage. When I contacted Richmond Towing to find out about their fees, I told Dave about the situation and he was very helpful and kind. He offered advice based on his experience and suggested we bring the car back to our garage so we don't keep incurring fees. We've never been in such a bad accident before, so we had a lot of questions and requests. Dave was kind and patient throughout our many calls. My father wanted the car to be pushed into our garage with the rear facing the garage door, which was difficult since the car is inoperable. Dave said he can ask the driver to back the car up into the garage and see if that'll work, which was more help than I got from asking another company.

The car was brought back this morning, and the driver (I didn't get his name) was amazing as well! At first, he couldn't get the car in because of issues with the wheels. He charged the car to see if it'll help, and spent an hour trying to back the car in, despite it's damaged condition. He was finally able to, even with my father being a stressful mess, and getting in his way throughout the process, trying to tell him what to do. He was amazingly patient, and handled the whole situation like a champ. I can't imagine any other shop going the extra mile like this company did. Everyone I've interacted with have been wonderful and accommodating. I can't thank them enough, and I will be a loyal customer if ever in need and will definitely recommend them to anyone."

"Broke down off 495E in a semi towards the shoulder. The owner is pretty solid/honest, & did everything he could to accommodate my needs. He'll make sure your equipment is taken care of properly, but towing is NY is typically high. Highly recommend their services."
